Historic villa to be restored, bound by the Fine Arts, located in the center of Trieste, at the beginning of Via di Romagna, in a privileged and raised position above street level. The building date back to 1830 and has two levels, about 200 mqs each one. Besides, two cellars, embankment and attic. The building consists of two independent entities, with a park of about 1300 square meters.
